Tor ( Harrigoss Menhir of Hextor ) pointing training at 13 weeks
Welcome to Tor's page.
We had the privilege of being given Tor( Harrigoss Menhir of Hextor ) from Catherine and Julian at Harrigoss in mid 2013. Menhir is the ancient word for standing stone and in this case we chose it to refer to the Tors of Dartmoor.
He is a product of a mating between Sanjon Calypso at Harrigoss and the Top Field Trial Dog in Ireland in 2012, Blackstone Hawk. The Sire and Dam being of such great quality bodes well for his future. Apart from one pup, all of the puppies from the litter are owned by fellow members of the Working Versatile Pointer Association.co.uk.
He is showing real promise early on and it will be interesting to see how he develops by comparison to his litter mates.
We will not rush his training but will publish updates frequently to show you how he is developing.
